Rory Robertson for Nude glassware

I was asked to style and decorate an intimate wine tasting and dinner event for Istanbul based glassware company Nude.

Nude glassware is really beautiful, not only is it handmade but there's a big variety to choose from including; large statement vases, terrariums, colourful tumblers, carafes and the focus range for this event which was their Stem Zero wine glass range.

The event was hosted at the lovely wine bar Clarette. Clarette is in itself a treat. Once a pub, the building sits in tudor splendour in the heart of Marylebone with the most wonderful and highly detailed restored stained glass windows.

I styled out the top two floors which house a series of private dining rooms. The Stem Zero glassware looked quite the part with Clarette as a backdrop. I made sure the styling reflected the brands moto 'simple is beautiful' with a variety of floral bouquets of Eucalyptus, Viburnum and antique red Hydrangea heads. The dinner tables were set using Nude's Magnolia vases filled with stems of variegated Eucalyptus.
