SW10 Lots Road

Bert and May have become renowned for their wonderful encaustic tiles, kitchen and bathroom designs. They have just opened their second London location in South West London.

I was asked to help design and manage the renovation of the new commercial premises on Lots Road, Chelsea Harbour.

A gorgeous traditional corner shop, petite and perfectly sized, now sits with Bert and May signage.

The exterior is classic but step inside and there's a host of different goodies in a variety of colours and finishes ranging from; encaustic tiles, glazed tiles, brass and blackened bronze bathroom hardware, plain and patterned fabrics, paint, furniture and Tala lighting.

A feature display of the new Conran X Bert and May tiles graces the walls in the main shop and furniture from the latest Sofa.com X Bert and May collaboration is also on show.

Step through to a second room, this time dedicated entirely to Bert and May fabrics and paint, a treasure trove for the discerning design lovers.
